Mehbooba meets Modi to end impasse over government formation

JUST IN: PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti is now meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a bid to end impasse over government formation in Jammu and Kashmir.

The state is under Governor's rule since the death of chief minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed three months back.Mehbooba was in Delhi last week during which she held talks with BJP president Amit Shah.However, as per reports, her meeting with the Prime Minister failed to take place and she returned to Srinagar.
