Indian firms most upbeat about new hires, says survey

'While many executives complain India's economy is stuck in a rut, a recent survey shows Indian companies still have big plans for hiring. A global survey of employers by recruitment firm ManpowerGroup showed that Indian companies are the most confident in the world right now when it comes to intentions to hire. ManpowerGroup asked nearly 59,000 employers in 42 countries -- including 5,203 in India -- about their hiring plans in the next three months and India came out on top,' writes Corrine Abrams in the Wall Street Journal's IndiaRealTime blog, here.
