3 grenades hurled in Pulwama, 2 jawans injured

Even as Kashmir remains on the boil, three grenades were hurled in Pulwama, injuring 2 jawans. The Pulwama SP said that of the three, two grenades exploded. Security forces were deployed after curfew imposition.

Earlier in the day, a cop was killed after a mob pushed his vehicle into the river Jhelum in Anantnag. Mobile phone and internet services have also been suspended in the area owing to the situation.
