The buzzword among union ministers nowadays is 'Cabinet Reshuffle'. It doesn't matter whether they are at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan queuing up to meet French President Francois Hollande today or whether they are at Hyderabad House where the bilateral talks will take place. Even at formal dinners, union ministers are more concerned whether they will be able to hold on to their portfolios. Since they cannot directly approach BJP prez Amit Shah or the Prime Minister, bureaucrats considered to be close to the PMO or journalists in the 'know' who have sources in the PMO are being approached. Since there is neither denial nor confirmation from the PMO, the tension is building.
