PIL to ban jokes on Sikhs: SC gives 6-weeks time to petitioner to give suggestions within judicial dynamics so such jokes can be banned. SC observes Sikhs are the pride of the nation and that the community is second to none. The court also observed that the next CJI is a Sikh too.
