As the Prime Minister makes another US trip, with hopes of attracting greater foreign investment, there are pressing domestic issues back home seeking his attention, issues like poverty, hunger and misgovernance. A 'Digital India' backed by greater FDI flows can only play a limited role in tackling these, says Pulapre Balakrishnan.
