As polling in Bihar begins, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the star campaigner of the BJP, took to his Twitter page, urging people to cast their vote and decide the future of their state. "Urging all those voting today in Bihar to vote in large numbers. I particularly urge my young friends to cast their vote."
