Will he, won't he? Doubts over Modi's presence at AP event

Doubts have surfaced over Prime Minister Narendra Modi attending the foundation-laying ceremony of Andhra Pradesh's capital Amravati on October 22, 2015.

Although Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu met Modi on Monday to invite him to the function, the PMO has yet to make up its mind.

PMO insiders say that while chances of Modi attending the event are 50:50, but even if he is not there it will not create any political confusion between the alliance partners BJP and TDP.
