Another case filed against Lalu over beef remarks

In mounting trouble for RJD supremo Lalu Prasad over his controversial remarks that 'Hindus too eat beef', a case was today filed in a court here charging him with hurting religious sentiments of the majority community. 

The case was filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Ashok Kumar Shukla by a native of Tamganj village under Narpatganj police station, Pintu Kumar who charged Prasad with hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus by claiming that some from the community too eat beef.

The complainant has also expressed concern that Prasad's remarks may affect peace and law and order in the state.
