CNN-IBN reports: In the latest development in the Pakistan spy network issue, the Delhi Police on Monday confirmed a link with the neighbouring country's high commission in India.

Addressing a press conference, Delhi Police joint commissioner of police (crime) Ravindra Yadav said that it was confirmed that the operation was on for last two years and that the arrested spy took instructions from Pakistan.

The Delhi Police official said that they had arrested two people in connection with the case, adding that the Indian handler, Kafaitullah Khan, was asked to plant a mole in the Indian Army.

Khan was also told by his Pakistani handler that he would be assisted by someone in Pakistan High Commission.

According to Delhi Police, WhatsApp was used by the ISI agents to pass on information to the Pakistan handlers.
