Terrorist group Islamic State has announced that they have executed two hostages -- one each from China and Norway -- whom it had earlier put 'for sale'.

Last week, the terror group had published advertisements with photos of the two hostages.

The text below each photograph read, "Whoever would like to pay the ransom for his release and transfer can contact the following telegram number. This is a limited time offer."

On Wednesday, the terror group again published the photographs of the bodies of the two men with the caption saying 'executed after being abandoned by kafir (infidel) nations and organisations'.
