Jayalalithaa to take over as TN CM, Paneer to resign

Jayalalithaa to reclaim her position has TN CM immeditaely. O Pannerselvam, who took over as CM when she was sentenced will now resign. Jaya will re-enter the TN Assembly as an ML through a by-poll.
