TMC office attacked in Burdwan

Unidentified persons allegedly hurled bombs at a Trinamool Congress office at Jamuria in Burdwan district, the police said. The doors and windows of the party's Tapsi-II Anchalik office were shattered by the impact of the blast early this morning, the police said. However, no casualties were reported in the incident as the office was closed then. TMC leaders have lodged a complaint with Jamuria police in this regard with party leader Monojit Chattopadhyay alleging that it was the handiwork of Bharatiya Janata Party workers in the area.
