In the Nitish-Lalu jungle raj in Bihar, large-scale cheating on record as students appear for their Std X board examinations.

Parents scale walls of the examination hall where their wards are appearing for the exam despite police deployment.

In fact, one picture shows an invigilator allowing a student to cheat despite catching her in the act.

Pictures going viral on Twitter show relatives of students (likely parents) hanging on to window ledges passing chits to the students inside the room.

And this is not a first for the state.

In February 2014 over 200 students were expelled after being caught cheating in the Class 12 board exam and over a dozen parents who helped their children cheat were arrested.
