Kejriwal is on his way back to Delhi. Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru, he said that he also visited a mid-day meal scheme run by ISCKON and was impressed with the way it was being run.

"In the last 12 days, I got the time to think on what changes which can be brought in Delhi, especially in education and ration scheme (PDS). I used to speak to (Deputy Chief Minister) Manish (Sisodia) and have made some proposals.

"I also visited the mid-day meal scheme by Akshaya Patra and ISCKON. The scheme is good and the kitchen is also clean and hygienic. We will also see how this could be improved in Delhi," the chief minister said.

The AAP leader was under-going treatment for chronic cough and persistent high-level of sugar which refused to come down despite increasing the insulin intake two-fold. He had left for Bengaluru on March 5.
