OROP is a certainty: Gen V K Singh

Minister of State for External Affairs General V K Singh asserted that one-rank one-pension scheme would certainly be implemented. "The prime minister has made a promise regarding OROP. It would be implemented. There was some delay because calculations are going on. Therefore it is taking time. Let's not lose heart. I have full faith in the PM. It would be implemented exactly as wanted by the retired armymen," Singh said.
