Just in: Pakistan resorts to unprovoked firing across the Line of Control at Sawjian sector in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, since 9:15 am today. No causalities or damages reported. Pak troops fire using small arms and automatic weapons, and early reports say, India responds to firing with equal caliber fire.
In February, the army foiled an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control, while there had been unprovoked firing on BSF positions from across the international border.
