Vyapam scam: CBI registers FIR against 38 accused

The Central Bureau of Investigation registered an FIR in Vyapam scam against Madhya Pradesh governor's former officer on special duty (OSD) Ram Naresh Yadav and 37 others for alleged irregularities in selection of police officers. CBI spokesperson said that a case of alleged criminal conspiracy, cheating, forgery under Indian Penal Code, violation of provisions of Information Technology Act and under Prevention of Corruption Act has been registered on the basis of the FIR registered by special task force.
