Just in: A speeding truck ran over a group of children in Muzzafarnagar leaving two dead and three injured.

Protesting villagers clashed with police and pelted stones as they blocked the Delhi-Dehradun Highway.

The incident occurred when the five children were going to school and a speeding truck hit them from behind near Chaparral village.
