Civil services results out, first 4 toppers women

Just in: The results of the prestigious civil services examination, to select IAS and IPS officers, among others, have been announced. The results have been dominated by women as they sweep the top four positions.

Ira Singhal, Renu Raj, Nidhi Gupta and Vandana Roa are the first four toppers, The Times of India reported.

It is the first time that the Union Public Service Commission declared the final results within four days of the closing date for the personality tests or interviews, a senior official said.
