ACB chief MK Meena's appointment is legal: Bassi

Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi on Thursday said that ACB chief MK Meena's appointment is legal.

"MK Meena is head of ACB, his appointment as per my understanding is legal, in case you have any questions you should direct them to him," Bassi said.

The Aam Aadmi Party government had filed an interim application in the Delhi High Court against the appointment of Joint Commissioner of Police Meena as ACB chief.
