SIT questions Amar Singh to probe IPL angle in Sunanda Puskhar's murder

The Special Investigations Team probing the murder of Shashi Tharoor's wife Sunanda Pushkar, has summoned Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh for questioning.

The former Samajwadi Party MP told a TV channel that Sunanda told him that she took the blame for Shashi Tharoor's wrongdoings in IPL.

Pushkar died on January 17, 2014. Delhi Police on January 1, 2015, registered a case of murder on the basis of an AIIMS medical report that concluded that her death was unnatural and due to poisoning but did not reveal the nature and the quantity of the poison.
