Army chief of Col Rai: It is the finest example of leading from the front

Army chief General Dalbir Singh on Col M N Rai who died fighting terrorists in Tral, south Kahmir. General Singh said of his colleague, "It is the finest example of leading from the front. We killed two terrorists, but it is sad that he was killed too. There is no need to connect this with the visit of the US president."
