Kiran Bedi, BJP's chief ministerial candidate for Delhi, has sued AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal for using her image on posters. Bedi debuted as a poster girl for AAP ahead of the Delhi polls, asking voters to choose between an honest candidate (Kejriwal) and and avsarvadi or opportunistic candidate (Bedi).

Bedi has objected to the use of her image on AAP posters and for calling her an opportunist.

The posters were first spotted pasted on the back of auto-rickshaws in the city a couple of days ago.

"Few a days, the BJP was asking us if the AAP will put up Kiran Bedi's picture during campaign. We answered," AAP spokesperson Atishi Marlena was quoted as telling ANI on Saturday.

But the BJP called the posters "ridiculous."

"It is highly ridiculous. People of Delhi know who is truly an opportunist," BJP spokesman Sambit Patra told ANI.

The BJP had threatened to sue the AAP and today, followed up on its promise.
