PDP rejects Omar's offer of support, says people voted for change

On Tuesday, former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah wrote to state governor NN Vohra offering the support of his National Conference to the People's Democratic Party in an effort to break the political impasse surrounding government formation. But the People's Democratic Party on Tuesday turned down the offer of "unconditional support' by National Conference president Omar Abdullah, saying the people in Jammu and Kashmir voted for change.
