WHEN George W Bush was caught on camera greeting the British prime minister as 'Yo, Blair', it caused consternation about the dynamics of the special relationship. Now David Cameron has revealed his own close relationship with Barack Obama, claiming that the American president greets him with the familiar bro. Despite being from different ends of the political spectrum Cameron said the two enjoyed a good personal friendship.
