Aam Aadmi Party's Arvind Kejriwal will be sworn in as Delhi's new chief minister today along with six ministers who make up what is possibly India's youngest cabinet with an average age less than 40, reports NDTV.
Kejriwal is likely to keep the finance, water and power ministries. Manish Sisodia is set to be the capital's first deputy CM and will have the urban and education portfolio.
