Prime Minister Narendra Modi will skip Arvind Kejriwal's swearing-in in Delhi today because he had prior commitments.

Even as Delhi is gripped in the AAP fever, Modi is in Pune, Maharashtra inaugurating a manufacturing project of GE.

After the inauguration, which was also attended by Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, the PM said, "India is fastest growing economy in world with GDP growth rate of 7.4 per cent."

"Our effort is to make policies predictable in order to attract investment."
