"The aam aadmis sarkar is everyones whether you voted for us or not. I am everyones chief minister," says Arvind Kejriwal as he addresses crowds at Ramlila Maidan.
"I have learnt in my 49 days of governance that the government is not short of money, what lacks is the will," he says.
He urges the tax payers to pay full taxes. "I will ensure that your tax will not be wasted. We will use it for education, water, and health care."
