Won't allow discrimination in the name of caste, colour, religion: HM

Home minister Rajnath Singh tweets this picture, saying, "Met with a group of leaders from the Christian community today who were concerned over the reports of attacks on churches. I assured them that the present dispensation would never tolerate any discrimination in the name of caste, colour, language or religion."

This morning, police detained people protesting the desecration of churches in the national capital. They spared no one --dragging priests, nuns and even elderly women into buses. Shouting slogans for justice, agitators demanded immediate action against those responsible for the attacks.

A woman activist, who lay on the road, was picked up by four policewomen and thrown into a bus, according to reports.
