Less than 6% attendance: Sachin, Rekha worst RS performers

Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar and actress Rekha may have rocked the world with their respective talents, but they have not been showing much interest in their roles and duties as nominated members of the Rajya Sabha.

Sachin and Rekha were nominated by the President to the Upper House on April 27, 2012.

According to an analysis by Factly, Sachin and Rekha are the worst performing members of the Rajya Sabha. They have a mere attendance record of just over 5 per cent and both have not participated in any debate since their nomination. Rekha has not even asked a single question, while Sachin has recently started questions, asked seven so far.
