The High Court says reformation of juveniles is in conflict with law and requires deeper consideration, seeks Centre's response. The Delhi Commission of Women to appeal to the Chief Justice of the High Court, Supreme Court and the President against the release of Nirbhaya case juvenile rapist. The Juvenile Justice Board will take a final call on his release.
