Modi, Abe offer prayers to Ganga

In Varanasi -- the Lok Sabha Constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi -- Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe made offerings to river Ganga.

Earlier today, the two leaders held a bilateral summit, giving the green signal for a clutch of ambitious plans, including India's first bullet train network and a civil nuclear energy cooperation programme.
