Is National Herald case an internal sabotage?

Even as Rahul Gandhi continues to maintain that the legal procedure in the National Herald case is being 'driven by the Prime Minister's Office', sources close to the Congress vice president have said that the Gandhi scion believes that the case is an internal sabotage, masterminded by none other than former law minister Hans Raj Bhardwaj.

Many in the Rahul camp believe that it is Bhardwaj who gave the papers to BJP's Subramaniam Swamy in 2012.

Sources believe that Bhardwaj wished to seek revenge against the Gandhis and passed on the papers to Swamy who then filed a case in court in 2013.
