Just in: BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha dares his party to act against him with a series of tweets:

"After some unofficial news channel reports and there's nothing official about it, people are seeking my reactions on unconfirmed and unofficial report that BJP will take action after the Bihar elections.

"I will not comment on unofficial report spread by vested interests.
However one shouldn't forget Newtons third law "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction."

Media reports yesterday said the BJP may take disciplinary action against its MP after the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections. The actor-politician has been in the news for his growing proximity with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

Sinha has been praising Nitish on and off but has said that his equation with the Bihar CM is of personal friendship and nothing more.

Sinha, who is an MP from Patnasahib in Bihar, has been absent from the Prime Minister's rallies in the state. He had explained the absence saying, "I attend a function only when invited. At the launch of several projects at the veterinary college by the PM on July 25, I was present. But, since I have not been invited, because of some people of my own party, in all three rallies at Muzaffarpur, Gaya and Saharsa, I did not go."

Sinha has been BJP's star campaigner for long and has also served as cabinet minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.
