Only SIT chairman and vice chairman can open the sealed envelope containing names of account holders, says the SC.

Prashant Bhushan says that the court has also requested SIT to furnish a report by the end of November. Remember AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Bhushan had released a list of illegal account holders and Pradip Burman had featured in that list as well.
