IS gunmen line up and kill 30 men

In the day of light, to strike fear in the hearts of people Islamic State militants lined up 30 Sunni men in a town west of Baghdad and shot them dead, according to officials. The killings took place on a main street in the town of Hit.Anbar provincial council chairman Sabah Karhout said the Sunnis were tribal fighters allied with the government and members of the security forces, and were captured when IS overran the town. Residents said the 30 men were paraded through the city as militants shouted through loudspeakers that they were apostates who fought against them.
