Cong's character certificate for Tharoor: Emiment personality, honourable MP, writer

Not that Shashi Tharoor needs it, but here's a 'certificate' from Digvijaya Singh. The Congress spokesperson says that Shashi Tharoor "is an eminent personality, honorable MP of Congress,a well-known writer and diplomat."

This comes days after Tharoor was sacked as party spokesperson for praising and accepting Modi's invite to be an ambassador for the Clean India movement.
