Both Houses of Parliament to debate black money today

After day-long protests in both Houses of Parliament on Tuesday, the government has agreed to have a discussion on illegal money deposited in off-shore bank accounts. Opposition parties - Trinamool Congress, Janata Dal-United and Samajwadi Party - had on Tuesday led continuous protests both inside and outside Parliament demanding that the PM apologise for being unable to fulfill his promise of returning back money within 100 days of forming government.
