Gujarat CM Anandi Patel adopts Lilapur village

Gujarat Chief Minister Anandi Patel adopted Lilapur village of Daskroi taluka in the district with a population of around 1,200 people. Taking her cue from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna', Patel has asked all the MLAs of Gujarat to adopt a village of their constituency and turn it into an ideal village to realise Modi's dream. After adopting Lilapur, about 20 kilometre away from the city, Patel went to the village which falls under her constituency of Ghatlodia, the release said.
