So, what does did the Mudgal Committee panel say today?
The panel appointed to probe the spot-fixing and betting scandal in the sixth edition of Indian Premier League, has given a clean chit Board of Control for Cricket in India president-in-exile N Srinivasan.
Srinivasan was not involved in match-fixing activity, the committee said in its report to the Supreme Court. He is also not guilty of scuttling the probe.
However, Srinivasan's son-in-law, Gurunath Meiyappan, has been found found guilty of placing illegal bets, it said, but NOT for match fixing.
