Baba Ramdev gets Z-plus security

BJP government accords Z Plus security to yoga guru Baba Ramdev after he received a death threat letter from Dubai recently. Ramdev had requested the Uttarakhand government to provide him with 'Z-plus' security "considering his vulnerability to attacks from his opponents".

Ramdev had said that he was at risk of being harmed by his adversaries. At present he has been provided with 'Y-level' security, but he said it was insufficient.

Ramdev is considered to be close to the BJP government.
