Parrikar to resign as Goa CM tomorrow, PM to decide portfolio, he says

Parrikar says the Parliament Board will meet tomorrow, after which he will put in his resignation. "Goa MLAs will then hold a meet to choose the next CM," says Parrikar. He refused to comment on reports that he was tipped to become the defence minister, saying it was up to the PM to decide the portfolio.
