Maneka: Badaun case #1 in priority list for justice

Union Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi said today that if there were no Badaun, her first priority was to establish functioning rape crises centers. She said the union government would set up special centres for rape victims in every district of the country to provide medical as well as legal help to them.
