PM's statement hardly surprising. He has on earlier occasion said he would respond on the issue at hand after returning to India.

In 2010, speaking on the IPL controversy involving then Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that he had to ascertain all the facts after he returned to India before taking any action in the matter.
