'No funds provided by the army to politicians in J&K'

Eight former army chiefs reject Gen (retd) V K Singh's statement that the army pays money to ministers in Jammu and Kashmir. No funds ever been provided by the army to any politician or political party in their tenures, the former army chiefs said. The army is completely apolitical, they added.
