Hearing in gang-rape case postponed till missing accused is found

Today was the first day of the hearing and it was only when the accused was presented in court that the police discovered that Siraj Ur Rehman was missing.

The Thane jail authorities say they thought the accused was with the Crime Branch. The hearing in the case is on hold since all the accused have to be present together at court.
