'Mini Cabinet meetings' were held in the Central Hall of Parliament today. Union Ministers were seen in groups inside Central Hall and the ambiance was relaxed.

Many Congress MPs went up to Congress general secretary Ambika Soni to seek her guidance and ask after Sonia Gandhi's health. Salman Khurshid and Anand Sharma were seen talking to Kapil Sibal and Rajiv Shukla. Jairam Ramesh was seated with MPs from the ADMK-DMK and BJP, CPM seeking their support for the Land Acquisition Bill.
