Live! BJP goons deface name plate outside Shoma Chaudhury's home

BJP workers protesting outside the residence of Tehelka's former Managing Editor Shoma Chaudhury, has defaced the nameplate outside her home.

Senior BJP leader Vijay Jolly, who was heading the protests, demanded her immediate arrest for allegedly trying to cover up sexual harassment complaint filed against the magazine's Editor Tarun Tejpal by a woman journalist.

Armed with a tin of black paint, Jolly defaced the Shoma Chaudhury's nameplate, writing 'accused' on it and painted an arrow pointing to her name. This, while the police looked on.

Tarun Tejpal has accused the BJP of indulging in vendetta politics.
