NDMA: More bodies under debris, instrument to detect them to be used

The National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA) says more bodies are feared buried under the rubble in Uttarakhand. The NDMA is using an instrument to detect the bodies. The Agency says that the disaster is of a national level and the central government has to be more involved. The death toll in the state is 822, so far.
